| Incentive Solutions was founded in 1988 by Diane Wes and Nerina Nall. Initially working out of a dining room, the company grew to a large team of sales account executives, whose focus is finding creative approaches to meet the diverse needs of our clients. In June 2007, after working in all positions with Incentive Solutions – Danica Westmoreland purchased the business and has kept all of the same philosophies in addition to adding her own “flare” to the company.
The company's philosophy on customer service is exceptional and central to the success of the company. We focus on an on-going communication process with clients during the cycle of an order or program and follow up after it is complete.

Meet the Team
Danica Westmoreland | President/CEO 6 years in the industry
Graduated from Washington State University in 2003 – I started off as Office Manager and quickly found my love and passion for the industry. I worked my way through all the hoops and purchased Incentive Solutions in June of 2007. That day changed my life forever!! Everything I love is wrapped up in this industry: Sales, research, creativeness and the freedom to be me!! What I love most – besides my amazing colleagues - is the challenges that I get every day with my clients – no one day is the same! Customer Service is my key asset – the relationship with my clients is what I value most.
My hobbies include: spending time laughing with my friends and family, traveling, reading, volunteering with my church or community groups, hiking and writing.
I have a deep love for the Pacific Northwest and will always call Washington my home. I am a die-hard WSU Cougars Fan (no matter how bad or good) they are – GO COUGS!! I look forward to taking Incentive Solutions to the creative ends of the earth and back – all with a huge smile along the way!
Diane Wes | Consultant/Account Executive
22 years in the industry.
Former owner, now put “out to pasture”, or as I like to say, able to do my job that I love without headache or interruption. Seriously, what I love about the promotional products industry: fast paced, creative, myriad ways of applying a different twist to a common product. Most of all, my relationship to my clients, many of whom I consider to be a friend.
Hobbies: Travel!! Fast cars, cooking, decorating and reading. Learning languages. Making new friends. Not good at small talk. Watching my step kids blossom, they’re good people.
I’m still talking after all these years about writing a book based on my early years of travel (if I can remember that far back) Would you buy it??? This may prompt me to get busy!!!
I have a soft spot for referrals and for my church and for support for my 1300 school children in Mexico.
Kerri Day | Account Executive
My passion in this industry is to provide exceptional customer service, unique and innovative solutions to my clients promotional needs.
Working in symphony with my team members, I strive to provide that “little bit extra” that is sometimes so lacking in customer service. It is not just about sales - I value the relationships that are developed as part of the sales process.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending as much time as humanly possible with my husband (and love of my life) Jason, and our three children. We are all avid sports fans – GO DAWGS – and enjoy cheering our local teams on. While native Washingtonians, we have moved about and lived in California and Arizona. We are active in our church love hosting small group at our home – we love to open up our home and share life with friends and family!
When not working full time, doing laundry, cooking dinner, chauffeuring the kids, cleaning the house, feeding the dogs (we have two), and doing everything else a mom/wife does – I like to read, enjoy the outdoors, and bake just about anything!
I feel privileged to be part of the Incentive Solutions team.
Jessica Larsen | Account Executive
I am happy to say that I work in the industry which I love! I take pride in my work. I am very organized, creative, and calm in a storm. I really enjoy dreaming up new ideas with my customers, and then making them a reality!! I am grateful for all of my customers, and they are all equally important to me. I am passionate about pleasing the client and achieving the desired results. I never want to stop learning or miss an opportunity to grow.
When not working I am happiest when with my family & friends! My husband of 7 years is bestist friend & supporter! I paint & draw when I can. I just finished a 10 X 30 feet long backdrop for my church's Christmas play, which took every moment of my spare time. Laughing is my favorite thing, and I am most happy if I can make the people around me laugh as well!!! I will surely have laugh lines at a young age!!! I occasionally like to cook fabulous meals for people and watch them enjoy! I am a life long Washingtonian!! Unlike my colleagues I am a huge baseball fans...GO MARINERS (good or bad)!!!! It is important for me to give back, and help my community when I can! My mind & heart have never stopped dreaming of what could be, and I am constantly thinking outside the box!!

Heather Hixson | Bookkeeper/Accountant
Graduated from Western Washington University in 1998 – I have worked in the financial industry for over 10 years. I truly enjoy working with numbers and maintaining accuracy and efficiency – which is very much needed in this industry! What I like most about Incentive Solutions is the diversity from clients to products and how I can add my touch to the company. This industry fascinates me each day, that is for sure!
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, reading and camping among many of the other outdoor opportunities that Western Washington has to offer. |
