ABOUT Incentive Solutions, Inc.

Incentive Solutions was founded in 1988 by Diane Wes and Nerina Nall. Initially working out of a dining room, the company grew to a large team of sales account executives, whose focus is finding creative approaches to meet the diverse needs of our clients. In June 2007, after working in all positions with Incentive Solutions – Danica Westmoreland purchased the business and has kept all of the same philosophies in addition to adding her own “flare” to the company.
The company's philosophy on customer service is exceptional and central to the success of the company. We focus on an on-going communication process with clients during the cycle of an order or program and follow up after it is complete.
